Dates for the neighborhood beautification days will be announced 3-4 weeks prior.

Easter Egg Hunt

Saturday, March 28th | Starts at 3:00 pm

Plan to join us for our neighborhood Easter Egg Hunt and Meet & Greet with the Easter Bunny himself!

Ice Cream Social

Thursday, May 28th | 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm (based on North Hills School District's last full day of school)
Join us at the park for our annual Ice Cream Social beginning at 3:30 pm to celebrate summer and a great school year!

Neighborhood Garage Sale

Saturday, June 6th | 8:00 am - 1:00 pm

Come check out the Neighborhood Garage Sale for great finds, good deals, and a chance to meet your neighbors!

 

Block Party*

Saturday, June 27th | 5:00 pm to dusk

Come join us for some summer fun! Food and live entertainment for the kids.

Fall Social (Adults Only)*

Saturday, September 26th | 5:00 pm to dusk

Plan to join us for an adults-only evening of friendship, food, drinks, and live music.

Halloween Parade & Party 

Saturday, October 24th | Parade starts at 3:00 pm

Families are invited to meet at the intersection of Washington and Jefferson Drives shortly before 3:00 pm, wearing their best costumes, and we will be led along the parade route by our friends from the Perrysville VFC, ending at Ann Alison Hoover Memorial Park!

In conjunction with our annual Halloween Parade and Party, NHECA celebrates the season of gratitude by collecting for our annual food drive benefiting local food pantries. Neighbors and parade participants are invited to bring nonperishable items on the day of the event. Beneficiary designation details and more specific food pantry needs are shared with the event’s announcements.

Light Up Night Celebration

Saturday, December 5th | 6:00 pm

Join us for a night filled with holiday fun and cheer! Take a drive through the North Hills Estates and enjoy all of the holiday lights! Make sure to stop by Ann Hoover Park for a meet & greet/photos with Santa & Mrs. Claus, hot chocolate, a performance from the North Hills Band, and a collection for the toy drive. 

​

To celebrate the season of giving, NHECA holds our annual toy drive along with our Light Up Night celebration. Neighbors and participants are invited to donate an unwrapped toy benefiting area children and families in need. Beneficiary designation details and more specific needs are shared with the event’s announcements.
